Wind — Adaptation

Read the changing situation. After a baseline is learned, the pattern changes at an announced phrase boundary. You always know the rule; the warning comes one bar ahead.

Measures: Switch cost, first response after change.

Drills

• Sticky Hands — Stay on a target that moves, speeds up and turns. 30 seconds. Measures time on target and recovery after each change.
• Changing Wind — Four bars of Even Dee Dum, then four bars of Short–Long Dee Dum.
